Once the tables are defined within a database and the relations drawn up, the next step is to define the form to use to input data within a table. By default this form resembles a spreadsheet, but this can be modified at will to include graphics etc.
Reporting is the most requested feature in databases, where the contents of the table are formatted as required and previewed as a report. Custom reports can be built in much the same way as forms.
