Why not try your next meal at The Pembroke Suite Restaurant with its fine dining overlooking the picturesque St George's Bay. The restaurant forms part of the Institute of Tourism Studies where all students carry out the art of food preparation & service under supervision to ensure the highest standards of training possible.
Open from Monday – Friday for lunch and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for dinner:
Daily menus are available for viewing on the ITS website and the restaurant also offers Special Theme Culinary nights organised by the students.
Smart Dress Code is requested and children under 12 are not admitted.
Open from October to May annually. Booking beforehand is necessary.
