Familiarity awareness - customer more familiar than person who has not used product.
Attitude - a pre-desposition to respond to an object in a particular way.
Attitude made up of 3 components:

Cognitive knowledge - extent to which a person knows about your product.

Cognitive effective - level of like/dislike of the product.

Cognitive behaviour –> intentions.
Saliant attributes
Different for many people.
