High Commissioner Introduces Malta’s New Honorary Consul for Wales

On the 16^th of January 2008, the High Commissioner for Malta in the United Kingdom Dr. Michael Refalo travelled to Cardiff to meet representatives of the Welsh Assembly, as well as leading business and tourism personalities to introduce Malta’s new Honorary Consul in Wales.

During a reception at the Pierhead Building in Cardiff kindly sponsored by Ms Jane Hutt AM, Welsh Minister for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills, Dr Refalo introduced Sir Brooke Boothby, Malta’s new Honorary Consul for Wales.
