Top of the class
The Honda Jazz finished first in its class in the JD Power customer satisfaction survey, making it four years in a row - an unbroken record since Jazz was first included in the 2004 results. It has also finished third in the overall model ranking table, making ir Hondas’s highest achieving model to appear. It may be Honda’s smallest car but the Jazz is big on owner satisfaction. Jazz customers were happy with every aspect of their vehicle with the model gaining high scores in quality, reliability, appeal and running costs. It beats everything else on versatility, economy, specification and price. For a relatively small car the Jazz offers impressive cabin space and there’s a large boot. The cabin is well planned and attractive, with big, easy-to-use buttons. It has a neat and positive gearshift. Standard features of the Honda Jazz include: a CD player, electric front windows, split-fold rear seats and central locking, air-conditioning, height adjustable driver’s seat, anti-lock brakes and twin front airbags.
