Another week, another slew of reporting from across the change-o-sphere. In anticipation of next week’s general election — in which, contrary to popular opinion, we will be voting on more than just the next president — our bloggers have been obsessively covering the ins and outs of some of California’s most controversial propositions. This year’s measures include Proposition 8, which would eliminate gay couples’ right to marry in CA; Proposition K, which would decriminalize prostitution in San Francisco; and Proposition 2, which would make life (but not death) more comfortable for some California farm animals.
