Hello,
I am involved in the running of Happy Paws Charity Organization, todate we have neutered over 6,ooo animals and still going strong.

I would like to bring to your attention the state of the Pet shops. One in particular is in Msida, according to my information there are animals in the rear of this shop, the cages are packed with animals and the smell if awful.

Can not someone investigate these shops and close them down if they are not abiding by EU rules.
