The MCESD appoint a new Executive Secretary

Joseph Montebello has been appointed Executive Secretary of the MCESD.

Mr Montebello holds an MBA from Leicester University, and joins the MCESD following a long and successful career in the Manufacturing Sector. For most of his career he occupied positions at senior management level with areas of responsibilities for Human Resources and Productions.

Joe Montebello has served on the Council of the Federation of Industry, and of various other organisations.  He was also a Research Fellow, and a part-time lecturer at the University of Malta.

He has published several papers dealing with Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations and Collective bargaining.

Mr Montebello will be assuming his new responsibilities in the third week of June.
