On behalf of the government of Malta, it is my pleasure as Parliamentary Secretary for the Elderly and Community Care to welcome you all to my country.
Ageing is a complex and fascinating process, one that hopefully all individuals will experience. It is also a process that attracts the attention of the media, politicians, business, and the general public, because globally we are living in a rather rapidly ageing society.
