The Director General (Contracts) notifies all tenderers that in terms of Clause 30 and Part XIII of the Public Contracts Regulations 2003, recommendations made by the General Contracts Committee for the award of public contracts will be given publicity in the Department of Contracts’ notice-board every Wednesday and Friday after 12.00 noon. Tenderers may also obtain this information by utilizing the polling facilities on fax number 2122 6156.

Any tenderer who may feel aggrieved by any such recommendation must submit his official complaint to the Director General (Contracts) in accordance with part XIII of the said Regulations which lays down in detail the procedure to be followed in such a case. All tenderers should, therefore, familiarise themselves with the provisions of this part of the Regulations.

Call for Quotations

The Planning and Priorities Co-ordination Division within the Office of the Prime Minister notifies that it is seeking quotations for the translation (from Italian into English) of the Strategic Environmental Assessment in relation to the Cross-Border Operational Programme 2007-2013. Expression of Interest

Development of High-End Corporate Presentations

Malta Enterprise is inviting companies, service providers and/or individuals operating in the multi-media or audio-visual sectors to submit an Expression of Interest for the provision of the above-mentioned service. Those interested must submit the information stated hereunder at the Corporation’s offices at San Ġwann by not later than noon of Tuesday, 1st April, 2008. The Corporation is collecting the following details in order to issue a call for quotations in the coming weeks:

The Expression of Interest submitted shall include:

company/individual’s profile;

detailed description of the services available related to this project;

similar work entrusted to the company/individual over the past two years;

relevant experience in the field;

some examples of similar work.

Malta Enterprise will eventually compile a shortlist of suppliers who will be sourced on demand through a call for quotations in the coming weeks.

Malta Enterprise shall have the right to reject any or all Expressions of Interest submitted at its absolute discretion and shall not be bound to give reasons.  Malta Enterprise moreover is entitled to reject any Expression of Interest not accompanied by the required documentation, or which is incomplete.
