DHTML – Introduction
Dynamic HTML object model – allows web authors to control the presentation of their pages and gives them access to all elements on their web page.
The whole web page is represented in an object hierarchy. Using scripting, an author is able to retrieve and modify any properties or attributes of the web page dynamically.
