Your Excellency, Distinguished Guests, Ladies and Gentlemen,

Good afternoon.

I thank FinanceMalta for their invitation and the opportunity created to review the excellent relationship with the USA.  We are doing this today specifically to seek opportunities for economic growth, primarily within the finance industry. This friendly gathering through FinanceMalta is an ideal forum to identify and share with you some views on current Maltese-US relations and how these can be strengthened.
