Ristorante Del Capo specialises in fresh fish, antipasti, pasta and fresh grilled steaks. The emphasis is on ‘fresh and quality’ and fresh produce is used on an on-going basis to create a variety of simple yet mouthwatering dishes.
Thanks to its two expert chefs – Antonio from Catania and locally-renowned Elias from neighbouring Sardinia – Del Capo lives up to its slogan of Gusto Siciliano. The appeal of all dishes served comes from the true flavours that are extracted from the fresh ingredients and produce that are used, and not by adding large amounts of spices.
