Applications are invited for the post of Head of Sector – Project Management Marco Polo at the Executive Agency for Competitiveness & Innovation.
The Marco Polo programme supports European projects which help shift freight transport from roads to more environmentally friendly transport methods where this is appropriate, especially on long distances, in urban areas and on congested transport corridors. A second Marco Polo programme with an extended scope started this year. The Commission’s “parent-DG” of the EACI in relation to the IEE programme is DG TREN.
