Cuba is an archipelago of islands located between the Caribbean Sea and the North Atlantic Ocean. Cuba is the principal island (capital is Havana), surrounded by four main groups of islands – the Colorados, the Camaguey, the Jardins de la Reina and the Canarreos.

Cuba has a population of approximately 11 million people and most speak Spanish, the official language. According to the World Factbook, Cuba is 51% mulatto (mixed white and black), 37% white, 11% black and 1% Chinese.
