Villa Maria is one of New Zealand’s leading winemakers. The recent prestigious award for the New Zealand Producer of the year and Best Pinot Noir Trophy in the 2006 International Wine and Spirit Competition is only the latest in a long list of honours obtained by this top rated winery.

Villa Maria’s passion for quality, backed by superior vineyard management and complemented by expert winemaking have led the influential Wine Spectator Magazine to name Villa Maria as one of the world’s 50 great wine producers – very special mention indeed!
