For Champcar races, they have a service called race director, which shows the races live and
also archives the last several years. It is a pay service, $30 a year I think. (Includes pit audio
and in car camera feeds during the race.
Indycar streams a video feed during it’s races, not as good as Champcar’s by a long shot,
and they don’t archive the races that I know of. That service is free.
Don’t know about other forms of racing, I think F1 broadcast on the speed tv website, but I
think that was only for the US race.
