Ta’ Stringi Café, Wine, Dine is the perfect place to chill out. It has now been taken under new management by well known chef and also patron, Conrad Pace, a meticulous food expert who insists on preparing each dish himself.
Enjoy Ta’ Stringi for breakfast, lunch or supper or simply pop in for a coffee with friends, a glass of wine or a colourful cocktail. If you choose to eat you will be happy to find that the a la carte menu serves pizzas, grills, salads, homemade pasta, fresh fish, sushi and also homemade desserts.
The portions are ample but very well priced and can be enjoyed with over 150 wines. You can also tell that Conrad does not cut corners and only chooses the best ingredients, both in authenticity and freshness.
Each month the walls at Ta’ Stringi display works by a local artist and this month you can view paintings by the talented Matthew Cassar. Ta’ Stringi is innovative, elegant and intimate, a guarantee of what a true wining and dining experience should be.
