Google Groups Alert for: google

Re: How can google make a company go out of business?
Yeah that link page is very dodgy for Google. I can’t see legally taking on Google, even if you had a good case, they’ve probably got a lawyer or two on retainer. Google does suggest that a page should have less than 100 links, but even forgetting about google, think of a visitor.

Re: OT: A Google funny…..
The guys at Google really *are* stronger than the rest of us. You gotta Think Google. If you ask for Cork to New York, Google first takes you to Wales, then England, ignores all the New Yorks on this septic island, shuffles you to France, and *then* directs you across the Atlantic. Rowland.

Re: straight question for google – why do you index copied
I know there are some sites where Google is incorrectly recognizing the originals, however when I am looking for duplicate content on the web, I turn to trusty old Yahoo – it indexes *everything*. Sure, there are still a lot of them in Google’s index, but it’s the cleanest index I have seen (for most queries).
