La Piazza

This new establishment, which is located in the main square of Rabat, immediately offers a very welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers quite a few interesting choices. Starters include tortellini tri-colori, served with a remarkable blend of cream, green pepper, chunks of gammon as well as mushrooms.

The fresh mushroom soup is very thick and tasty too. Main courses include salmon with Pernod sauce and swordfish with caper sauce, which come accompanied with fresh, steamed vegetables, French fries and salad.

The portions are very generous – just right for the typical Maltese appetite! The La Piazza desserts menu includes a deliciously light tiramisu, and a heavenly apple pie, both served with fresh cream.
