Dear ELSA member,

ELSA Rotterdam presents you in cooporation with the Eramsus University a
seminar on Chinese Criminal Law. The lecturer for the seminar is
proffessor He Ping of the East China University of politics and law in
Shanghai.
The seminar will be in english.

The lecture is followed by a discussion between prof. mr.H de Doelder
(proffessor in criminal law and cirminal procedure), mr. P. Verloop
(criminal law) and mrs Ping herself. This discussion will be about the
death-penalty, human rights and freedom of speech.
