Organizing Process
Organizing is the management function that establishes relationships between activity and authority. It has five distinct steps that will be examined. The result of the organizing process is an organization – a whole consisting of unified parts/system acting in harmony to execute tasks that achieve goals effectively and efficiently and accomplish the company’s mission.
